I’ve used Guaranteed Plumbing several times since we moved to Charlotte two years. It’s easy to schedule a visit and their plumbers are smart, good natured and highly competent. This time their plumber Hugh Vogt investigated a wet spot in the yard at the side of the house. He investigated multiple possibilities including tracking where in ground yard drains go and where the water inlets and waste outlets to the house are located, before suggesting two possible reasons for the problem, one being a leak in a sprinkler system (which we never use!). We will see if turning off the water supply to that system fixes the problem
